Welcome to the Australian Heritage Touring and Accommodation web site

Australia has a rich architectural history, much of it built in the nineteenth century. Superb churches, town halls, post offices, schools and other civic works can be found in regional towns throughout the length and breadth of the country.

Many of these architectural gems can be found in out of the way places, and their history is interwoven with fascinating stories of the early pioneering families.

The Australian Heritage Touring and Accommodation Guide provides a comprehensive and insightful guide both to the remarkable architectural legacy which has been bequeathed to us.

In addition, it lists accommodation in these townships which are themselves historically significant allowing travellers to stay in B&Bs or Hotels which reflect the historical ambience of the towns.
